Terms of sale Paris Premium Limo : car rental with chauffeurs, people transportation

General

The terms apply between the SARLParis Premium Limo (the seller) and its customer (the buyer).
Before any transaction, the buyer aknoledges having received complete information abour our terms of sale. These termes of sale apply to professional and individuals. The buyer acknoledges being fully in charge or having the ability to make every orders present and future. The company Paris Premium Limo can modify anytime and without any delay these terms of sale.
The tere of sale are approved buy the buyer during the booking.

Prices

The prices are all included (chauffeur, gas, tolls and VAT (10% for the transfers and 20% for the « on call » services)).

Payment

Every transportation service is to be paid on booking
Credit cards are accepted (Visa, American Express, Mastercard).
Any claim must be made within 8 days after the transportation service. Any disagreement must matter for the court where the head office of Paris Premium Limo is located.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be made.. In case of non payment, of excessive delay of the client, or force majeure ; Paris Premium Limo reserves the right to cancel a reservation.

Luggage

Luggage transport is provided under the conditions in the insurance policy of our company. However, any object remains under the responsibility of the customer. The company Premium Paris Limo can not be held responsible in case of theft, loss or forgotten luggage.

Responsability

Paris Premim Limo reserves the right to call for repair or compensation for damage to the vehicle made by a customer.

Confidentiality

Paris Premium Limo agrees to never sell or disclose any information that has been provided through booking.

People transportation for money is a regulated activity. Only authorised vehicles (VTC, occasional transportation or taxis) can provide with these services.
